I cut a border off the front of a pink A5 card.I made the side stacker topper and added it to some silver perlescent card then stuck it to the card front.

I used some more perlescent card to edge the bottom half which is showing and added the greeting down the side.

I finally added the ribbon to make a really pretty card.
