I printed the design sheet onto photo paper. I put that on a shade darker green scrapbook paper and put that on cream card stock with double stick tape.

I cut out 3-D pieces and put them on with foam pads.

I went around the edge of the card with peel off foil border. A lovely but simple card. Sweet! The sentiment piece can go inside along with your personal note.
