Lovely Pansy's in Pyramarge

A bright cheery happy birthday.

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I used a dark green card stock for the base card and a bright lime onto that to add to the framing. I made this a faux dimensional by shading edges of the decoupage ovals and simply attached them with DST. This helps me cut down the postage cost and it still looks great to me. And the card will fit in regular size envelope with no extra stamps needed. Awesome...This is a welcome to Spring Happy Birthday too.
