Printed onto Photo Paper. I got out all the elements. I then used DST to attach the main Topper to a White card. I used foam pads to build up the Decoupage. I used Diamond glitter, on aspects of the Pansies, and ornamental Border at top of design.
I stuck the sentiment to inside of card. A very pretty design.
