I put the topper on to silver mirri then using foam pads I added it to a silver pearl card.
I put the centre topper on to silver mirri and attached it to the card using foam pads also. The pyramage layers were then added again using foam pads.
I fixed some silver ribbon around a piece of silver mirri and attached it to the card and finished it off with a bow.
