Copied to glossy photo paper twice and cut out all the elements needed. Matted to white card using d.s.t. decoupage built up using d.s.foam tape. I cut two strips from the border with scallop scissors, representing the sea.
A very clean looking card, beautifully co-ordinated and very easy to make up.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5x7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
