This card is very quick to make and looks wonderful. A perfect card for: Congratulations ('you caught the big one'), Retirement, Commiseration ('the one that got away), male birthdays and so many more occasions.

I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out my chosen pieces.

I didn't cut out the water but used Dimensional Magic to give a wet look, same with the fish's eye.

I layered the parts on 1mm foam squares and flat stuck my finished design to my base card. A perfect male card!
