Printed onto glossy photo paper, cut out main image and matted onto contrasting deckle edged card, added decoupage with silicone glue, attached finished image to square card blank and finally added some gold gemstone to the corners

I printed the design twice, after reducing the size. I made a square card with the fold at the top and attached the main design. I cut out the scroll from the second print so that I could decoupage it on to the main card.
I added the cars, the ribbon and the tag. I finished the card with a cream insert.
