I choose to adhere this sheet onto a silver pearlescent card base - so folded a piece of A4 cardstock in half to start.

Then printed the sheet onto smooth white cardstock and cut out the base topper and insert.

I then adhered the base topper to the front of the card and the insert to the middle with DST.

Very quick and easy to make.
