Printed onto Quality Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I stuck some Pink Organza ribbon with Gold edging down one edge of card. I then used DST to attach the Topper to a White card. Used foam Pads to attach the decoupage.

To finish I stuck some pretty gems on the topper and some Crystal glitter to aspects of the flower. A beautiful design.
