I cut out the pieces, laid them out and put them together without the sticky tabs to line them up. once I was happy with the result I put double sided sticky tabs on the back and stacked them up.

I used red glitter spray paint on the front of a red card to give it some depth then attached the topper with double sided sticky tape.

I highlighted some areas of the topper like the flame on the candles and the roses on the dancers with red glitter glue. inserted a insert and I was finished.
