I felt this card was perfect to create a shaker card. I covered half a card blank with pretty paper then used a peel off border then cut out the first layer then printed again this time just using the middle layer.

I attached acetate to the blank oval and used some confetti stars inside and sealed with foam tape. to finish I added a greeting, peel offs around the bow, a flower and gems.
