I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a White card base that had the Matching paper matted onto it.
The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and to finish I added a Greeting Tag and the Matching Insert inside.
