Easter Blessings Card Front with Decoupage

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a pastel blue card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver mirri card. I used Pinflair glue gel to layer up the decoupage. I used flower printed organza ribbon, pins and beads to decorate.
