Winter Glow - Dress It UpCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panel using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the snow to complete this gorgeous card.
