I decided to make this into a larger card so taking a 7"x 10" card blank I used 2 mats behind the main image and mounted onto the card blank.

I printed the image again and cut out the centre panel and attached using sticky pads.

I decoupaged the elements from both sheets and finished off by adding a greeting, gems, peel off borders and glitter touches.
