Two Lovely Toppers with DecoupageCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements, and used DST to attach Red Topper to a Green card and the Yellow Topper to a Red card.

Used foam pads to add decoupage to both cards. I used glitters, and gems on aspects of the cards.

A fun design and make into a lovely set of two cute cards.
