To Fiends at Chrisma Completed by Diane Vermeer
Printed onto Photo paper. I cut out all the elements. Using DST I attached the main Topper onto a red card. I then used foam pads to attach the Decoupage to the card.
I put small red bling on the Holy and little crystals in the corners and panel down the side of card.
A nice card for a special friend.
