Printed twice onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto a white base card. I cut out the images from the 4 rectangles from the second sheet and built all layers up using foam pads.

Finished with crystal glitter to the hats.

Gorgeous design and very easy to make. Looks fab when complete - love it.
