I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted the base image onto green then gold mirror card and used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card I'd covered with a CUP backing paper.

I added the layer with foam tape after matting it onto green and gold mirror card. I embellished with wooden shapes a wooden greeting and a pompom, used stickles glitter glue to add some sparkle.
