used A4 white card, printed sheet on photo paper, cut all pieces out, place piece of red mirror card to fit your white card trim with deckle edge scissors, place on the card with d/sided tape, place your picture on with stick and stay spray starting at the top leaving a bit at the bottom, put rest of pieces on with d/sided foam pads, sentiment, stickers, glitter.
