Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a white card. Foam Pads were used to add the Decoupage. I put some Gold glitter in the middle of the Flowers, and put some Crystal Glitter on different parts of the Design.

The Instructions, made,making the Design up, much easier. A lovely Design for Christmas.
