The sheet was printed on to photo paper. The main image has been attached to white card. Brown ribbon has been attached to the left side. The elements were added using foam pads. Gems were added to finish
I reduced the size to fit a 5"x7" card, allowing for a border, then printed the sheet on matte photo paper.
I covered a cream card with stash paper, leaving a narrow border, then attached the topper with dst and the decoupage (shaping it first) with silicone gel.
Finished with glitter outlining the scallops and on the cupcake "sugar", a stash sentiment and candy embellishments. Good enough to eat :-)
