Little Star Bear
A lovely card in a snowflake frame to make and give to anyone with Little Star Bear has 4 greeting tags and a blank one

I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto my card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with a coordinating insert
Printed onto glossy photo paper 170 gsm. Cut out topper and sentiment and after trimming secured the topper to a 8 x 8 scalloped card. Added the sentiment with foam pads for the 3 D effect and then added two gold glittery borders.
Then i placed a row of gemstones around the bear to highlight him, with great effect. I then added some glitter glue to the snowflakes around the edge and to teddies hat bobble, and the fur around his tummy and his hat.
I then finished off with a small star to give him a twinkle in his eye.
A gorgeous design to get the creative juices going.
