Printed on matte card printing the picture a second time. from this I cut away the outer frame and used for first layer of decoupage and added with foam squares to a matching embossed base card.

I used opal kindyglitz on the snow and added gems to the flower centers and on the card edge and to finish I used glossy accents on the eyes.
