Little Angel Christmas Decoupage Topper 9Completed by Pat Mottram

I printed this file onto matte photographic paper. I matted the base image onto silver card and attached to a white card blank. I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I attached small gems to the Christmas tree and the corner snowflakes.

I applied Glossy accents to the star on the tree I then added glitter to the snowy areas. I applied light glitter the the corner snowflakes and the star in the girl's hand using a clear glitter pen.

Lastly I matted the sentiment onto silver card and attached with foam pads. This is a really lovely colourful image and I love the little girl's beautiful face
