Ladies Winter Floral Gift TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the image onto blue silk mirri & then onto gold mirror card, added a blue feather and used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 card blank covered with a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel. I added a CUP greeting matted onto a die cut circle and embellished with crystal gems on the greeting and Star Dust, Diamond & Fruit Punch Stickles to add lot's of sparkle.
