Printed two copies on matte photo paper in order to have extra for decoupage layers. Layered the topper with red suede paper and vintage-look striped paper, then used silicone gel to add 3 dimensional flowers, the deer, and a sentiment.

Added a large die-cut swirl, smudged with ink and decorated with a bit of glitter, added dots of glitter to the flowers and Prills to the flower centers.

Finished with a little bow.
