Bell Chimes Winter Owl Delight

I printed off the sheet onto linen textured card and cut out the topper. I created a 6 x 6 base card and covered that with layers of matching card. I then used foam tape to layer up the topper.

There is decoupage on the sheet but on this occasion I just used the topper as I need a flatter card.
