Bell Chimes Winter FriendsCompleted by Pat Mottram

I printed this file onto matte photographic paper. I matted the base image onto silver glitter card and mounted onto a black card blank.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I applied Glossy Accents to berries, flower centres and bell clangers and glitter to snowflakes, snow on trees and snow on ground.

I matted the sentiment onto silver glitter card and attached with foam pads. This is a lovely colourful image and I love it's simplicity.
