Bell Chimes Mr Polar BearCompleted by Pat Mottram

I printed this image onto matte photographic paper. I matted it onto silver glitter card and then attached to a black card blank.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I applied Glossy Accents to the centre of flowers, berries and bell clangers and glitter to snowflakes, tree tops and snow on the ground.

I matted the sentiment onto silver glitter card and attached with foam pads. This is a lovely colourful card and I love the simplistic image.
