I printed off this kit twice onto linen textured a4 card. I cut out the topper and one of the sentiments and created a 6 x 6 base card which I layered with matching background card.

I then added the topper using foam tape to give dimension and finished off by adding the sentiment. Sheet does have extra decoupage but on this occasion I did not use it.
