Beautiful Blue Christmas OwlCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added 2 pale blue feathers & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 card blank i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
