I first turned the blank sentiment into a German one. I printed the design onto good quality smooth cardstock and fussy cut all the elements. I layered the elements using a mixture of foam pads and glue dots for variation in height.

I used some micro beads for the flower centers and finally added a few sequins and - of course! - used my clear glitter pen for some extra sparkle.
