Joy Snowman Quick Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Handmade By Carol

I mounted the topper on to green mirri and then on to a white 10" x 7" card.

The decoupage layers were then added using foam pads and I finished off with a glaze gel pen on the eyes, noses and holly berries, then a glittter gel pen on the veins of the holly leaves on his hat.
