I made a card from a coordinating glittered cardstock, then used a bracket-scallop punch across the bottom of a piece of white card to use for an insert, and the same punch on the front of the card I'd made so that the bottom of the insert was showing.

I used strong DST to adhere the base image to the card, then thin foam pads to add the decoupage copy of the main image.

I used a sentiment from Anna Babajanyan's Oval Label set, cup364337_96, which I adhered with a glue stick.

I added the two bows and some glitter "snow" and glitter on the frame. A charming vintage image.
