I printed this on Kodak matt finish photo paper. I used white coloured card topped with sky blue coloured glitter card, adhered with double sided tape. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.

Finished off with silver trim, blue bling and a little stickles glitter.
