Shabby Chic Christmas Swirls

Using a polka dot background to start, I then layered the background up added my vintage Christmas image, a golden swirl, some crossed ribbons, also with polka dots, and a layered paper flower to finish.

It looks complicated, but is very easy to cut out.

Layer with ds foam pads for a fabulous finish!
