I started by printing this sheet onto smooth white cardboard and cutting out all the elements. I added the decourpage elements with foam tape to the base topper.
I only added a streak of olive green stickles to the centres of the holly leaves to add some bling and 4 dots on the sentiment card.
I then mounted the base topper onto a light green pearlescent cardboard.
