Another quick and easy one to make. I printed it onto smooth white cardboard and cut out the bells and holly decourpage elements, which I mounted with foam tape onto the base topper.
I then adhered the base to a matching textured backing card base and added the "Merry Christmas"sentiment to the top.
Simple yet stylish - give it a go.
