I layered the base layer onto Gold Embossed card with d/s tape and layered onto a Christmas Green card base.
I added the decoupage and Greeting Tag with foam pads.
To finish I added Glitter to the Snow, added little gems to each corner and then used the Matching insert inside.
A very pretty card for Christmas.
