After printing out the sheet and cutting out all the elements and adhering them with foam tape.

I decided to add a touch of shimmer by putting a streak of green Stickles down the centres of some holly leaves around the base topper, then mounted it onto a dark-green pearlescent card base.

To finish it off I added the sentiment to the right-hand corner and added some cream liquid pearl dots .
