I printed the sheet onto smooth cardboard and cut out all the elements. I started by layering the decourpage elements onto the base topper with foam tape.

Then mounting the topper onto a piece of purple textured carboard cut to the 8 x 8 size so I could mount it all onto a Crafty Bob's Cream card base with DST.

I centred the base topper to allow a strip of purple at both the top and bottom, so I could apply a white & silver net/ mesh that I tied off in the middles with two light grey paper flowers at each edge.

I wound the green stems around the net, and with the extra length, twirled it around a toothpick to create the curls.

The net is attached with DST and behind the flowers I have propped them up on DST. Thanks for another great design Russ!
