Placed topper on to a gold textured A5 card and edged with peel-offs. Layered all elements. Added a dark green satin bow, then glittered the flower centres, berries and leaves.

Very quick - with lots of cards to make at this time of year, you want the ones you can make up quickly and they look stunning, and this is one of them.
Print some on normal cardstock and some on photo card for a different look.
It was real simple - print out the sheet, cut out the elements and mount the decoupage with foam tape - adhere onto matching cardstock and - Yes, you are done!!
