Cute Little Ted at the North Pole Completed by Chell Sharpe

I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto silver holo card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper i got with a kit.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Frosted Lace, Star Dust, Diamond & Eucalyptus Stickles to add some shimmer.
