Red Snowman Christmas Card Front 1Completed by Joy Comstock

Aren't these snowmen cute? I wanted to use a red insert

sheet which is printed "Merry

Christmas" in bold letters so

I made this 12 inches wide.

The image was printed onto matte photo paper. The images were cut out and I

inked the cut edges in black

creating a small "shadow" edge. The images were placed on the main card with foam pads. A bit of gitter glue was used to put sparkle in their eyes and noses and the snowflakes. This card was matted onto a sparkly

black cardstock and then onto

a decorative cardstock in light

gold and black. I added a red strip embellishment across the top of the card and inserted a white snowflake brad and a "Love"

stick-on embellishment. Really like this card!
