From the North PoleCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Quality Photo paper. I cut out all the elements. I attached to main front to a white textured card using DST. I then layered the Decoupage elements using foam pads. I used some crystal bling on scarf of Teddy and Snowman.

I put some Stickles crystal on the Pom Poms on hats and the sign. An easy card to make and very cute.
