Christmas Snowman Quick Card Front with Decoupage

Print image and decoupage.Wrap red ribbon around base layer as indicated on image. Add bow in appropriate place. Matt onto gold card, and again onto red card and finally onto gold glitter card.

Punch border in green card and attach to left side of white card blank. On narrow glitter card wrap thin red ribbon and tie in a bow at the top, add to top of green punched element. Add image to right of card.
