I printed this file onto matte photographic paper, I printed the sheet twice so that I could make a frame and enhance the decoupage, this wasn't necessary just personal choice.

I matted the base image onto silver holographic card and fixed to a white card blank.

I cut round the centre panel and flowers of the second sheet and cut out the centre hole creating an aperture.

I fixed the frame onto the base sheet using foam strips. I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I applied Glossy Accents to the snowman's nose and the centre of the poinsettias, I applied fine glitter to the snowy areas.

Lastly I embellished the card with a toning blue ribbon.

This is a lovely cheerful, colourful image and I think that the blue is a lovely change from the traditional red
