3 Red oval vintage Santa card fronts/toppers 6Completed by Pamela Horton The whispering Platypus

This is the second card I have completed in this Vintage series by Stephen Poore and I have used Gold Gloss card as the 13cm square backing sheet to enhance the appearance of the card front and continued with gold embellishments to complete he project.

I have printed the sheet provided twice onto the one A4 sheet to give me 2 complete copies and have used one copy as the main backing sheet.

I have used the second copy to cut away the red frame around the main image, reserving the smaller central image for the card front and reserving the frame to use as part of the insert.

I removed the beautiful red bow and ribbon to use on the card front.

I attached these smaller elements to the matching images using padded D.S. tape. I used red power tape to attach the gold glitter ribbon across the back 4cm up from the bottom edge, the topper to the gold backing sheet and then onto the 14cm white card front.

I threaded the ribbon through the left hand edge and tied a single bow.

I completed the embellishments using decorative gold peel off strips. I have made a vintage look snow flake backing sheet and used the smaller reserved elements to attach to left hand side of the insert.

I have used another of Stephen’s designs cup 1076004_659, Blue poinsettia insert 4 as the Christmas insert message.

I have also made use of one of the smaller images from the sheet to cut out the oval image and attach it and the smaller bow as apart of the left- hand insert.

I have used the remaining smaller images to make a set of gift cards and have attached a photograph of one.

I have made a beautiful set of Christmas greetings so easily and so quickly from a design to use many times.
